Rinari Cedar Cottages is more than a stay — it’s a story. Built by a family who fell in love with the serenity of Almora Hills, the cottages sit just below the Devdhar (Himalayan Cedar) forest line, in the tranquil village of Papparhsalli.
Here, mornings open with the call of hill birds and the glow of snow peaks. Evenings carry the fragrance of cedars and the crackle of a bonfire.
Each cottage was designed with simplicity and warmth — featuring wooden beams, natural light, valley and Himalayan peak views from every window.
Our chef prepares hearty breakfasts every morning, and guests can request traditional Kumaoni meals, North Indian favorites, or freshly grilled local dishes.
We grow a variety of herbs, spices, and vegetables in our organic garden, which guests are welcome to explore.
